1. Guest Registration 🛂

In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021 (October 26, 2021), all guests must complete the traveler registration form by providing their identification document.

This process will be managed through the company Partee (Yneeds, Your Intelligent Imaging Company, S.L.U), which will share the data exclusively with the National Police Hospitality Department. The information will be securely stored by Partee and deleted after the legally required period.

2. Reservations 📅

Third-party bookings: These are prohibited by Airbnb. Any violation may result in a surcharge of €29.

Additional guests: If the actual number of guests exceeds the number specified in the reservation, an additional fee will apply unless previously agreed upon in writing.

Occupancy limit: The maximum allowed occupancy is 4 people. Exceeding this limit will result in a penalty of €99 per additional guest.

3. Smoking 🚭

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property. Violating this rule may result in a minimum charge of €39, adjustable depending on the damages or cleaning costs required to restore the property.

4. Parties and Noise 🎉🔇

No parties allowed: Parties, noisy gatherings, or similar events are strictly prohibited.

Quiet hours: Guests must respect the neighbors' rest, avoiding loud noise or music from 11:00 PM onwards.

Guest responsibility: Any formal complaint from neighbors or police intervention due to non-compliance may result in:

Immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund.

Financial penalties proportional to the damages or disturbances caused.

Payment of potential fines imposed by authorities.

5. Pets 🐾

Guests with pets must pay an additional fee per pet per night.

6. Cleanliness and Order 🧹

The property is expected to be left in the same state of cleanliness and order as upon arrival.

Textiles: owels and bed linens must not be used for improper purposes (cleaning shoes, makeup removal, etc.). Damages will result in an additional charge proportional to the replacement cost.

7. Keys 🔑

Losing or leaving a set of keys outside the property will result in a replacement fee of €29 per missing set.

8. Check-out Time ⏰

Check-out must be completed before 1:00 PM, unless previously agreed in writing. Exceeding the check-out time may result in an additional charge proportional to the extra time.

9. Other Rules ⚠️

Third-party access: Entry or overnight stay of unauthorized persons not included in the reservation is strictly forbidden.

Doors and windows: Please ensure that all doors and windows are closed upon leaving the property to prevent insects from entering, especially during summer.
